Our Facility and Standards
A&O Compounding Pharmacy operates an FDA-certified, ISO- and CAP-accredited Class 7 cleanroom for sterile production, fully compliant with USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standards. This allows us to prepare a full range of sterile injectables, ophthalmic solutions, and non-sterile compounded medications safely and efficiently.
Our facility is designed around precision: continuous environmental monitoring, validated equipment, and full traceability from ingredient sourcing to final packaging. We source exclusively from FDA-registered suppliers and test every compound to confirm purity and potency.
