Secure medication delivery by A&O Compounding Pharmacy

All Sales Are Final

Every medication produced by A&O Compounding Pharmacy is custom-made for a specific patient. Because compounded prescriptions are uniquely formulated, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a prescription has been prepared.

Patients are encouraged to ask any questions regarding their custom medication prior to ordering. Our pharmacists contact each patient to confirm approval and consent before compounding a new prescription.

Specific therapeutic outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and results may vary from patient to patient. These variations do not constitute grounds for refund or return.

Shipping and Delivery Procedures

All compounded medications are carefully packaged for overnight delivery using controlled materials and insulation as needed. Refrigerated items are always shipped next-day delivery to preserve stability, unless alternate arrangements are confirmed in advance between the pharmacy and the patient.

If medications are scheduled for shipment on a Friday or holiday, they will be delivered on the next business day to prevent weekend or holiday delays.

Courier Service and Responsibility

A&O Compounding Pharmacy utilizes Golden State Overnight (GSO) as its primary shipping carrier. GSO operates as an independent company and is solely responsible for the delivery of your package.

Once your medication has been compounded and approved for shipment, our pharmacy schedules delivery directly with GSO. If any issues arise with your delivery — such as delays, address errors, or missed deliveries — clients must contact GSO directly to resolve them or to make alternative arrangements.

For delivery assistance or tracking, our team will provide your GSO tracking number upon request. Once you have this number, you may contact GSO Customer Service at 1-800-322-5555 or visit their website to track or modify your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a package is lost or cannot be recovered, clients may file a claim directly with GSO for reimbursement related to the delivery. In such cases, A&O Compounding Pharmacy may re-formulate the medication according to all applicable state and federal regulations. Please note that a new charge will apply for the replacement medication.
